  4. Liz, I like that you saw this as an opportunity to not just photograph the painting in a new context, but to actually create a context for the painting using lighting and "actors." You saw this as an opportunity to make art not just complete the assignment. Thanks!

  5. I like how your photos create an entire atmosphere in which the paitning being represented is part of a much larger picture. They all give meaning that links to the idea of the painting-not the other way around. nice.

  6. These pictures are so amazing because they stayed with me throughout the week. I would be thinking about the class and the projects we have done and I would always think of these pictures. I love what you did with the actors and lighting and the symbolism. It was a really great job.

  7. i concur with griff, you did an awesome job with this and i've already told you how much i like your work but i have to write something here too. lol. the photo with garland playing a pregnant girl was AWESOME. there was so much to that photo that needs attention called to it (: great job dude!
